1/4 lb. butter 1 cup onion
1/2 cup bell pepper 1/4 cup celery
2 tsp. garlic 2 tbs. parsley
2 tbs. whole basil 2 tsp. salt
2 tsp, black pepper. 1 tsp. cayenne
1 lb. peeled crawfish 3 cups heavy cream
1 lb. velveeta cheese 1 cup grilled chicken, cubed
1 cup cooked shrimp, deveined
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1lb. (weight before cooking) cooked fettuccine

Honey Baked Chicken Fingers

Ingredients:
1/2 chicken breast per person
2-4 tbsp. honey
1 c. cornflake crumbs
BBQ sauce or honey for dipping

1 shot Anejo tequila

1 shot Glenfiddich Caoran Reserve

2 shots freshly squeezed OJ

3/4 shot maple syrup

Dashes lime juice and egg white
